GENERAL

Once the machine is properly packaged please reach out to the rental department by email [email protected] or phone 401-247-774 to be emailed the shipping labels.

RENTALS

Renters are responsible for shipping costs as outlined in your rental contract.

When the renter is ready to return their machine please email [email protected] to terminate the contract (must be done in writing/or by email).

From there the renter will receive the return/ repacking instructions. The machine must be packed in the original boxes. The renter must abide by WaterRower’s packing instructions which are provided to prevent damage to the rower in transit to prevent any damages to the machine during transit and to receive the remainder of their deposit.

Common Issues
Reason Correct Incorrect
Tossing in all components with no packing materials: The inserts for the packaging are necessary to ensure nothing moves around/ gets damaged in transit and need to be used when repacking the machine.
Correct Packaging Incorrect-packaging
Disassembling the forward riser and top deck: This is a common extra step that many customers take that could actually cause damage to the machine in transit. DO NOT disassemble.

Failing to remove water out of the tank/reinserting the stopper: When the machine is being returned the water needs to be removed from the tank using the siphon pump (please remove as much as possible, there may still be about a 1⁄2 cup left in there) and reinsert the tank stopper with the plastic bag (as per the instructions) to ensure no water leaks out during transit.
